Rauno Muukkonen
With over ten years’ experience in personnel consulting in Germany, Rauno brings in particular his experience of working with large Scandinavian and Asian concerns as well as smaller international enterprises in Germany. His Finnish background means that he adds a modern Scandinavian perspective to interpars Ltd. projects. Rauno Muukkonen works mainly with Scandinavian and Asian firms and is based in Hessen.

Udo Knietsch
In the course of his professional life, Üdo has accumulated experience in various branches. He has sales experience and his main focus for many years has been marketing. His conviction and positive attitude enable him to successfully pass on information on marketing instruments. In addition, his professional experience enables him to support the consultancy team during current projects, particularly in the search process.

Stephan Einert
With qualifications in business administration and theology, he has been with interpars Ltd. for many years. And during this time he made an important discovery: in 1999 he encountered the Extended DISC Analysis System which was used in project implementation. Its advantages and possibilities impressed him at once. In 2002 the decision was made that, within the company Extended DISC Deutschland KG, he should be responsible for distribution, improvement, training and application in Germany. He is the interpars Ltd. specialist for the Extended DISC Analysis System.
